Bob is presenting the afternoon show on Seahaven FM every Saturday afternoon from 3pm till 5pm.
So, whether you're out shopping, relaxing in the garden, doing some DIY, barbequeing on the beach, surfing the net, or just chilling at home, why not join me for some great music from across the decades,
You can send in your dedications via email directly to Bob now (there is a link at the bottom of this page) or live during the show using the website's Contact Us page. Bob is always happy to hear from you.
Bob has been a musician, songwriter and composer for more than forty years and has played guitar, bass and sung with many a pop combo over the years as well as going out on the road as a solo artist.
Originally from London, Bob moved to the Seahaven area in 1994.
Bob has always been a big fan of pop music and therefore his taste in music is very broad and varied. Bob says "I was brought up to the sounds of Glen Miller, Cliff Richard, Adam Faith, Elvis Presley - all the stuff my Mum and Dad used to like to listen to. Before daytime TV, there was only the wireless for entertainment, and as a wee lad I would lay on the floor next to the radiogramme with my ear pressed up against the speaker. Then the Beatles came along and changed the course of history (musically and personally speaking that is) and that was me truly hooked. I begged (or is it bugged?) my parents for a guitar, and when I was 9 years old they got me an acoustic guitar for Christmas. I had to wait 2 years to have some free guitar lessons at secondary school, but as soon as I had learned a few chords, that was it - I was writing songs and waiting to be discovered - and I'm still waiting!"
Bob is married to Marian, and between them they have four grown up children, and live in Seaford. When Bob isn't presenting the afternoon show or composing music, he likes Cooking, DIY, photography, watching TV and listening to the radio - Seahaven FM of course!
