You can hear Ros on Wednesdays at 1pm with a mixture of music and guests from the Seahaven and Lewes area. The music will be rich and diverse from the UK charts to the far reaches of the world.
Ros started at Seahaven FM helping Kevin Cramer and guesting with Tony Vanburger's Drive Time and now has her own programme. She lives in Lewes and loves to get involved with the local community.
