7th May - Kathy Harding's special guests include Natasha Padbury from Love Our Ouse - a "community based initiative to link people to celebrate, raise the profile of and upscale positive action for our river from source to sea." Their activities include a recent series of community events called the River People Tour.
Wednesday
8th May - Len Fisher's special guests include Alex Dundas from A Band of Brothers based in Eastbourne, the project aims to support 18-25 year old men in the community to make better choices, with older men acting as mentor and role model to younger men.
